Marlin Technologies is a privately held, non-union manufacturing company with 55 employees, located in Horicon Wisconsin. We are currently looking for a Process Technician. This position is a technical expert in electronics, systems design and manufacturing. This position will consult with other engineers and technicians to discuss existing or potential projects and products. Contributions will include design, testing, verification, implementation, validation, maintenance and improvements of electronic instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems. This person will apply electrical and/or electronic principles to both analog and digital systems to construct prototype and/or production assemblies (hands-on position). This person will support the analysis of failed product on the manufacturing line and provide support to quality for investigations and corrections. This position works closely with the development team in board development concepts, testing strategies, and manufacturing flow.
